To access our services, seniors must qualify through their state's Medicaid support system, ensuring that those who need care the most receive the assistance they deserve. The following are the services we provide:
Accompanying on walks for exercise and companionship
Meal preparation and nutrition
Limited transportation for essential errands and appointments
Accompaniment to doctor appointments for support and advocacy
Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
Meal preparation, including grocery shopping and meal planning
Medication reminders to ensure timely and accurate administration
Household tasks such as bed making, dusting, laundry, and dishwashing
Support with organizing mail, running errands, and picking up prescriptions
Pet care and feeding for beloved furry companions
Recreational activities and hobbies to promote mental and emotional well-being
